Producing high quality coated parts starts with thorough cleaning. Ekon uses a state-of-the-art eight stage pre-treatment and cleaning system to remove oil, minor rust, laser scale and debris. The system insures a superior finished coating on any shape or size product.
 We are the only powder coating facility in Minnesota that offers on-line removal of laser-edge residue, including minor rust.
Our cleaning process can treat welds and remove inorganic materials.
